Don’t let a Stranger on your Roof!

Hello Neighbor!

My name is Kurt Venekamp. I live at 619 Sandreed Court, so YES, I really am your neighbor.

The hail and storm season is here. At some point over the next several months you, or someone you know, will be impacted by a severe hail or thunderstorm, possibly causing severe damage to your home (for most, their largest investment). Keep in mind, a severe storm will typically impact more than just your roof. In addition, you may have damage to your gutters, windows, siding, deck, fence, air conditioner, outdoor furniture and more!

When the time comes, I would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to serve you, or be referred to a friend of yours. I have been in the roofing industry since 2012 and had the opportunity to oversee the repairs to many of your homes after the last big storm. My goal is to provide the best service possible and help my customers move through the process with as little stress as possible. I can manage the entire project, identifying damage, meet with your insurance adjuster to be sure no damage goes unnoticed, and analyze your insurance summary to be sure you are being treated fairly and that all damage has been addressed. I have a network of other contractors allowing me to manage the entire process for you.

Many of you may have damage related to the July 2019 storm, which seemed light compared to previous storms, but still caused extensive damage in our neighborhood. If so, the deadline for repairs would most likely be July 4, 2020. Some policies will allow 2 years, which may give you another full year to identify and repair your home.

If you have not had your roof inspected, I would be happy to provide a no-cost / no-obligation inspection to determine whether to file a claim. If you have filed a claim, I am available to review your summary and answer any questions you may have in order to optimize the repairs and restore your home.
